* We make every effort to protect your wine from excessive heat.
All shipments are made two day delivery to ensure wine arrives in optimal condition; unspoiled by exposure to heat or cold. If wine is ordered Thursday - Sunday, it will not ship before the following Monday to ensure the wine does not sit unprotected over a weekend.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. Box
- Must be 21 years of age to order and receive wine
- Ca' Momi may hold wine orders placed in summer months until temperatures cool. If this happens, you will be alerted as to when you will receive your wine.
To pick up your wine order at the Napa winery, please indicate (in the "gift/message" field) that you would like to pick up your order and the date of the expected pick up. Our facilities are only open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Approved Shipping States
Alcoholic beverages are regulated both by Federal law and the law of each of the 50 states. Consequently, we are required to follow certain procedures before selling in each of the states. We are currently authorized to sell wine only for delivery within California. We are working on obtaining the proper registrations for other states. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes. We will update this site as we obtain those approvals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of CA. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM YOU ARE DIRECTING DELIVERY IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Payment must accompany this completed form to reserve your order. Quantities are limited. This offering is on a first-come, first-served basis; funds will be returned promptly if supply is sold out. Allow 2 weeks for delivery. Offer void where prohibited by law. Da Ve Winery does not make any guarantees of delivery dates.
