Valentina Guolo-Migotto
Chief Evolutionary Officer

Raised in the Italian region of Veneto, Valentina Guolo-Migotto grew up surrounded by a culture rich in arts, with a high regard for wine and handcrafted foods. In 1997, Valentina, alongside partners Dario De Conti and Stefano Migotto, packed her bags for California, bringing her entrepreneurial spirit and appreciation for food and wine to the Napa Valley. In 2006, Ca’ Momi Winery was born. Following the success of the Ca’ Momi wine brand, plans soon developed to pair Ca’ Momi wines with a truly authentic Italian dining experience. In October 2010, the owners’ dream was realized, as Ca’ Momi Enoteca opened its doors to the public. Located in downtown Napa inside the Oxbow Public Market, the Enoteca is a lively full-service Italian restaurant specializing in VPN Certified Pizza Napoletana, Ospitalità Italiana certified Italian dishes, and organic Italian pastries – all made with an obsessive adherence to tradition that is the spirit of the brand. 

Dario De Conti
Chief Executive Officer and Winemaker

Dario De Conti was raised on his family’s farm in Veneto, Italy, where he funded his winemaking studies by making pizza at the local pizzeria. Dario eventually brought both these skills to Napa Valley, where he partnered with Valentina Guolo-Migotto and Stefano Migotto to create Ca’ Momi Winery in 2006, followed by Ca’ Momi Enoteca in 2010. As both winemaker and chef, he has a very hands-on approach as owner of Ca’ Momi Winery and Ca' Momi Enoteca: You will often find him at tasting events pouring Ca’ Momi wines, or in the kitchen prepping dough for his next pizza masterpiece. As the voice of Ca’ Momi, you’ll often find Dario on radio and television stations and in local and national publications.

 

Stefano Migotto
Chief Productions Officer and Winemaker

Born in Abano Terme in northern Italy, Stefano was raised in his family’s winery, where he helped out from the time he could walk. Stefano eventually took over the family business, while studying winemaking at the University of Padova. With a degree in enology in his pocket, Stefano moved to Napa Valley, where in 2005 he and partners Valentina Guolo-Migotto and Dario De Conti started Ca’ Momi Winery. A real gearhead, Stefano can always be found in the winery, making sure things are working the way they should.
