Sometimes it takes a long time to convince the others, but she is patient. She knows that important decisions, like good wines, can’t be made overnight. Sometimes they need to be made right now!

Dario De Conti
partner/winemaker/pizzaiolo

Dario has a hands-on approach to co-owning Ca’ Momi Winery & Enoteca. You will often see him at wine tasting events pouring wines and sharing stories and smiles, or in the kitchen preparing the dough for his next masterpiece. Dario has been interviewed on multiple radio and television stations, and featured in local publications and national magazines. Dario De Conti is one of the Napa Valley’s rising Super Stars. He’s a winemaker, and a chef with a cool Italian accent and even cooler personality. Visit Dario at Ca’ Momi Enoteca in the Oxbow Public Market to experience Pizza Napoletana, wonderful Italian pastries and to talk about anything Obsessively Authentic Italian… Finally: pizza making with an Italian accent. Stefano Migotto

Stefano can always be found in the winery, worrying about a barrel, tasting from a tank, or just making sure that things are working the way they should. He is a real gear head, who loves tinkering with just about anything from dirt bikes to solar panels. Focused, serious, Stefano pays attention to every little detail. Which is why our wines are so tasty!

Jimmy Smith is the Rockstar of Ca’ Momi. As Ca’ Momi’s National Sales Manager, he is either on the phone or on the road 24/7; selling wines or meeting customers anyway and everywhere he can. With over 30 years of wine sales experience and wisdom, Jimmy has the type of personality that can light up the entire room. Full of life and energy, he reminds how much fun drinking wine really is.  Ask him about his tattoos, guitars or music in general, and then sit back. Jimmy will take you on a whole different kind of journey! There is never a dull moment with Jimmy!

Edward Stephanick
marketing manager

Edward Stephanick is the Marketing Manager at Ca' Momi.  As our marketing manager, he is constantly researching, designing, and developing strategies to spread the good word of Ca’ Momi any way possible. Creative, scientific, and mathematical, his eyes are glued to his computer screen with focus and determination. With over 15 years of marketing experience, ask Edward for his opinion and you will get an earful. His born and raised Jersey bluntness fits right in with the awesome personalities at Ca’ Momi. Give him a 12 pack of beer (or a couple bottles of vino) and a deck of cards, and he will gladly play poker night! All In - No Limit!

Fabiola Rosas, aka Miss Yola B., is our bright shining star rising to any occasion. From video-taping and editing our next youtube video, or assisting with our events, Fabiola does everything with a big smile and super sassy personality. Ask her about Bay Area artists and music and watch her light up with ambition as she shares her stories and goals. She is also schooling us on the latest Urban Vocab – What’s up shorty!

The Stellar Cellar Crew:

The Stellar Cellar Crew: these guys are the true heart and soul of Ca Momi. They lift that barge, tote that bale, and do everything they can to make every bottle of Ca Momi wine sing with happiness. They’re very much like our family, only we got to choose them. And it’s clear, if you’ve ever met these guys, that this is a labor of love. True, they get paid. And sometimes they get pizza.

 The Dogs:

Since Momi had a dog to keep him company on his motorcycle; we thought it was only appropriate that we have a dog, too. But we got a little carried away. Some wineries have a nice little dog to keep the owners company. Others have a comfortable farm hound that chases the rabbits out of the vineyard. Not at Ca Momi. We have two full-sized Great Danes, Dharma and Attila. They are very helpful in negotiating barrel prices.
